How to pay for you Air Charter

How do I pay for my private charter?
Wire Transfer, Credit Card, check (10 business days required for  a check)

If I change my schedule, are there any additional costs?
Not always. ACS works for you, and will aim to keep changes in costs to a minimum through negotiations with airports and airlines. However, if there are extra charges are due from airports, or the airlines due to the changes in schedules or routes then the costs may be unavoidable.

Do I have to pay ACS immediately for my charter?
Payment is due pre-flight, however it can be authorized with card and invoiced post flight

If I cancel a flight, do I get a refund?
This depends on time of cancellation in conjuncture with contracted cancellation terms. ACS will work on your behalf to negotiate the most advantageous solution should you need to cancel your private charter.

Can I use my jet card?
No, unfortunately not. We advise clients to save their jet card for long distance flights and use ACS for your ad hoc charters.

Do you accept AMEX?
Yes, ACS accept all major credit cards
